Yes, we do. A one-time FREE 30-minute first time consultation to discuss your project and needs. Any additional consultation not included in your estimate will be calculated at the current rates.
Do you work on ongoing projects?
Yes, you can set up your project for a one-time deadline or an ongoing basis to help you all year round. Many customers are unable to dedicate time to update their website and/or social media or get new photos. We are here to help you.
I am in a rush, can you help?
Of course! We will work with your deadline. Our main job is to deliver what you need.
Do you restrict the use of another photographer’s work when working on my project?
No. You can use any photographs from any source of your preference as long as you own or have a copyright license.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we will accept your credit card to pay for your project. Other options available are checks, money orders, PayPal, or similar online payment providers.
I am a small business owner and have a cash flow challenge to start a project, any help available?
We know how important it is to get going, and will work with your budget and current conditions, including setting up a payment plan using our available third-party options.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we do. We will work until you approve your project, and once approved, will deliver the final version.
Will I get more customers if I use your services?
Although growing your business and gaining more customers is your duty, it is our job to provide you with the tools to reach more potential customers. It is our job to have a quality product or service, provide good customer service, get a great location, and handle your business or product in a way that will attract success.
Any price discounts?
Our team will design an estimate that works for you. We do provide additional discounts to charities, nonprofit organizations, and on-going projects.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! We are available to handle your questions from Monday to Friday during business hours. Some exceptions may be applied for weekend services. Phone calls, messages or emails received after working business hours will be returned the next business day.
